Randall and Sharon

Randall Mullins and Sharon Pavelda have been a part of Fox Island UCC since 2016 when they spent their first summer here while living in Memphis. Randall is a UCC minister and was pastor at two Seattle churches and served in Honduras for three years through the UCC. He was also the founder of the Center for Contemplation and Nonviolence in Seattle. Sharon has a non traditional ordination  and has brought a distinctive spiritual approach to her work as an interactive performance artist and a death midwife. They have been joining their work since 2003 in sermons, retreats, and teaching and have grown into being partners in ministry. While living in Memphis from 2010-2019 they were among the founders of the Lynching Sites Project of Memphis. Between  them they have an adult son and daughter and four grandchildren.
